Each stage supports your nervous system in feeling safe enough to soften, respond, and change.

Mindful

Healing begins with awareness.

We slow down and bring attention to what’s happening in your body without judgment or urgency.

This is where you begin to notice:

  • Sensations you’ve been ignoring

  • Patterns of tension or holding

  • How stress shows up in your breath and posture

Mindfulness helps your nervous system settle and creates the safety needed for healing to begin.

Intuitive

As the body relaxes, it starts to speak more clearly.

Here, we listen beneath symptoms to the emotions, memories, and patterns they’re connected to.

You may begin to notice:

  • Where emotions are held in the body

  • Old responses that no longer serve you

  • Subtle inner guidance that was once drowned out by stress

This stage strengthens trust, not in the process, but in yourself.

Action

Alignment is about reconnecting with what feels true for you.

We gently loosen survival strategies and habits that were once protective but are no longer needed.

In this phase, you may experience:
