During your private session, I will put together a customized stretching plan and self-care plan to address your body’s specific needs. It will include bodymind coaching as there is a correlation to mind and “pain” the body may be signaling.
BodyMind Coaching
BodyMind Coaching is a deeper process to connect your mind and body. Understanding that pain is a signal. Pain is an output signal, not an input signal. Basically - I tell my clients the pain is a symptom and where you feel the pain isn’t necessarily where it originated. Once you become aware of what the body is telling you then you are free to make a different choice with your actions and reactions. It really is an unwinding of the stuckness.
