Before COVID-19, so many of us were living lives filled with “shoulds”, and living with symptoms of suppressed physical and emotional pain.
4X 4 Curriculum
Week 1
Witnessing The Pain In week one, we will set the container for the work to be done this month: witnessing the pain. In this coaching call, I will guide you on describing, reflecting, and validating your pain. We will utilize a combination of deep journaling questions, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to help you observe the pain you’re experiencing and understand your personal relationship to your pain.
Week 2
Release Restrictions at Home through Muscle TherapyIn week two, I will guide you on releasing painful spots in your body through a combination of stretching and muscle therapy techniques. So many of us are spending excessive amounts of time sitting in front of a screen, causing lower back pain. With these easy-to-use techniques that will take no more than 15-20 minutes of your day, you’ll be able to add hours of vitality and productivity into your day.
Week 3
Hearing and Receiving Your Pain’s MessageIn week 3, we will focus on changing your relationship to your pain. We will use deep questioning techniques to create awareness around what the patterns are in your life that are causing the repetitive patterns of pain. We will also explore the fears that keep these patterns locked in our lives, as well as how to break past the resistance to changing these painful patterns.
Week 4
Making Breakthroughs into TransformationsIn week 4, we will bring everything we learned from the first three weeks together to make the new awarenesses into a new way of functioning. In our last coaching call, I will be giving guidance on how to bring more self love into your daily self care regimen. Using the insights gained from previous weeks, we will change the internal patterns that we carry of not prioritizing ourselves through consistent daily steps.
